Days seem to run into years seem to run into days for Skimpy Red. Born of a time she remembered, yet not in the ways most might understand, Skimpy Red saw thru many layers. It was always like this for her; in this lifetime, in that timeline, in this Universe or that dimension, made no difference. One fluidicly ran into another and tho she was well aware, it was only those around her that wanted her to think of things in terms that were foreign to her such as, time was linear or that the knowing of that which 'goes after comes before' didnt exist. How silly, she thought to herself as she smiled and reached down to pet her cats. Time is anything BUT linear; and that which is to come is often times proclaimed upon the mountain tops!!
But there were things that made Skimpy Red pause and during those times, time would pause too and anchor one reality over another for a short while. She knew she had desired to be next to her soulmate; funny how it happened just that way. Skimpy found herself living in an apartment that overlooked the corner of the building where her soulmate worked. Not that she had planned it that way at the time; she didnt even know where he worked. It was a desire to be close and so in thoughtform, became her reality. When she found out, Skimpy Red paused...
Clocks were very interesting to Skimpy; she didnt use them to tell time or be on time; for some reason they never worked like that for her. She read them to KNOW time. What did it mean? All those ones..all those fours...she looked at clocks and those numbers the same way she did colors that appeared sometimes as cars, sometimes as rainbows, sometimes as letters in the mail from some long forgotten friend or a store advertising what she would never buy.
Someone might be predisposed to label Skimpy Red schizophrenic but she was anything but. She simply lived a reality (or several) that others just couldnt quite grasp; the symbology of cross realities and alter dimensions being very familiar to her. Some might be predisposed to call Skimpy Red superstitious; but they couldnt explain why what she told them would invariably come true and how if they spent any time around her, Skimpys reality seemed to take on a life of its own and become yours. Skimpy would just smile at you, and say, 'Its all in synchronicity. You know; configurations...' as if you should certainly understand and if you didnt, why not?
For Skimpy there was a time for everything no matter if it was dark or light, high or low, red or blue. It would all come and the trick was to keep a balance. If one were obsessed too much with the wrong thing it would create an imbalance that could harm one. Someone once told her from up there that you had to be very careful; for there were things that would add, and things that would take away. They told her that LOVE was okay; in any form, in all directions, at all times. So was Respect. The Angels told her too, that this was her playground and her hiding place, and to stay safe. Safe? How can one be safe if one doesnt pay attention to the signals? But for Skimpy, fortunately, paying attention to the signals was natural. Sometimes it was time to come, sometimes it was time to go; and sometimes, it was just time...
Skimpy Red remembers that day; it hit her as hard as the day she touched that key. She lifted her eyes to the most beautiful sight she had seen in years not to mention lifetimes. Across from her window she faced a concrete wall lined with two trees; and in the middle of that wall, exactly in the middle of the two trees, was a brilliant 'X' of white light surrounded by the outline of a circle of white light. Around that, were two more circles; one red, one blue. She stared and stared...didnt even think to take a picture of it as the moment seized her tight with knowing and she just stood there soaking it in like a desert begging for rain. She could reason what it was; the reflection of something albeit unusual but the configuration of its design and where she was at and what she had been looking for and what she wanted and how the winter had gone, the symbology became a point of synchronicity in her and she just knew. She KNEW. It was spring; but a whole lot more too. She had finally sung into creation her very own love song at last; and had finally brought the two of them together. To Skimpy, the red within blue around the 'X' dictated the reality of that fact. Anyone could see that, couldnt they?
Skimpy kicked herself; she should have taken a picture of it so she could share it but was so engrossed in the symbology that she didnt even think about it. After all, pictures were for someone else; they were never for her.
Skimpy laid in bed that night, dreaming. She thought of the Light and its coming and what it meant to a soul that only wanted to finally come home once and for all with her soulmate. It had been a long hard journey and it had been, all up to her. She was the one that knew, the one that had figured things out; that they had been trapped here and confused among so many people that just didnt share her sense of reality. Would he know this? Would he remember too? It had been so very long..
She remembered the day he took her to Silbury Mound when the Temple appeared. She remembered the keyboards and looking at them with their child's hand in hers. She thought, how pretty all those glyphs are, all those colors and symbols as she wondered what they all meant. Altho her soulmate had warned not to touch them as they could split time or realities, (something at the 'time' SHE couldnt quite grasp) she remembered ever so slightly touching one of those keys...
Skimpy Red saw the energy flow from her fingertip into the key; and the glyph began to glow. Skimpy Red panicked and reached for her soulmate but it was too late. Skimpy didnt know she was a god; she thought only her soulmate was. Shock on many levels began to sink into her soul.
'Dont let the Evil One know where youre at!!' he yelled. 'I will come back and find you I promise!!' he shouted as he faded away...with not one word condemning her...
Skimpy Red's dreams faded; she woke up with a start. She had to get a picture of the 'X' on the wall; for this was the symbol her soulmate was coming back into her life, and into her life to stay. But would he remember her thru all space and time? Could she get him to remember, jog his memory across timelines and lifetimes and realities and dimensions?
The Evil One had caught him, accused him, slit his throat, confused him, and condemned him to physical life on earth. There were times when he remembered; and there were times when he just did not. Skimpy Red though, had always remembered; in ways remembering had become her very own selfmade prison. She HAD to remember always remember never never never never NEVER forget! She felt responsible; being so naive and so innocent and to have caused so much trouble for them both not to mention the uproar in the heavens over it all. Pain wasnt a teacher in Skimpy's existence; she had long since learned any lessons that might be gained from pain. All it did was make her remember; but today, she was glad.
The next day brought back the 'X' made of Light and Skimpy Red took a picture of it. It didnt turn out too well; but Skimpy was able to at least get a good representation of what had appeared on the wall. It was as she suspected; only a yearly or twice yearly occurrence and would not come back around til next fall and then, it could always be cloudy or too late or she could be gone so she knew, it had to be now. It HAD to be now. He was coming for her at last and God had made this very very clear. After all, she knew better than to doubt God; God had visited her once and asked Skimpy how she could doubt him and that made her pause as deeply as anything had ever made her pause. God promised her that he would make sure they were together again, but Skimpy was so tired of waiting, always waiting...so many lifetimes and so many timelines to cross! When would they finally be allowed to come home???
If you were to talk to Skimpy, she would tell you what it all meant. You might think she was crazy (after all many people thought that of Skimpy without even knowing her) but the next week would bear her out. Skimpy Red could read the signs. Even tho she was apprehensive, she felt Joy returning to her war-torn soul.
Her soulmate whom she had not seen for quite some time finally came to call; even spent the night with her. He didnt remember; but thats okay; maybe some day he would. Skimpy knew that God was there and that all things were being set right so it really didnt matter anymore. The time was now; she would accept what came.
The Purple Heart of Light appeared when they were together too but this time it was red within blue; and once more, Skimpy Red paused..
